Each client is assigned a crisis manager who remains their sole point of contact till the situation has been resolved. Because of the sensitivity of each crisis, its best that the operational security of information be controlled by the one person most familiar with the crisis. For obvious reasons we treat every crisis with the utmost discretion.
Crisis management is the process by which a person or an organization deals with a disruptive and unexpected event that threatens to harm the person or the organization, its stakeholders, or the general public.
In contrast to risk management, which involves assessing potential threats and finding the best ways to avoid those threats, crisis management involves dealing with threats before, during, and after they have occurred. It is a discipline within the broader context of management consisting of skills and techniques required to identify, assess, understand, and cope with a serious situation, especially from the moment it first occurs to the point that recovery procedures start.

(c) a short decision time
